probably not...unless....we can somehow learn when we aren't dreaming... during NREM sleep, our muscles can move so theoretically we should be able to communicate then

it would be hard...im guessing it would require a huge amount of brain concentration/control and, in the dream world, being able to know when we are truly dreaming and when we are not
