Is It Just Me Or..

Seems like I never see anyone on besides Infernhawk, PokemonDude, and Syduck. The site's still new, I know, but damn.

jd986 and D00ms are on pretty often, but you're right, for having 25 users it seems only 5-6 actually pull their weight in the community.

That sucks, we need to find more active members.

I think if you're going to have a chat atleast have people in the chat. I know you guys are active in your book but in my book, active is posting stuff worth being posted not bookmarking the fucking forum games section and spammin' it up trying to be the top poster. What you all need to do is to try and limit posting in the Forum Games and just post in the Pokemon Section and try an advertise to help PokemonDude and Infernhawk. You might call me a complainer, you might call me a baby, but yet I am a mod.

I agree with you.

He's right, this forum needs some valuable information on Pokemon, be it the games, anime, whatever. Forum Games don't exactly help the issue...

I'm active too!...Although for less than a day....

And a while ago, I brought up the idea of guides for pokemon games for the site, but Hawk didn't like it, lol. Said something like "we aren't an information site."

It takes too much time, storage, etc. The Pokemon games online suck, and I dont know how to make any of my own.

well at a certain point there's going to be everything said there is to be said about pokemon. I think that people either tire of talking about it, or there is nothing to be said on the topic that wouldn't be productive. I think there should be a multitude of topics for us to cover and not just mainly pokemon. It would widen the amount of people who would be interested in the forum and bring a lot more conversation.

Besides, our activity has gone through the roof in the past week. If we keep this up, we'll be at 100 members and beyond in no time.

Yeah we are gettin more active members too.

Well honestly the fact is that yes there are other sections but mainly the majority of the site is pokemon related. Heck we even got a pokemon title lol
not saying it's a bad topic to have a site based on, what I'm saying is you want it to appeal to that majority of the community in a better fashion. I'd say that pokemon is trying to appeal as of now for ages 10- 16 and maybe some people that are older, but mainly that 10-15 range. Now if they are marketing for that age group you should also base this site on that age group. That's what they most likely are doing on their forums, it's only logical. So I ask what appeals to that age group? And should there be an older/ veteran sorta section on the forum for the more mature age range? All things to think about and would like to hear your opinions on the matter.

We don't need another section just for other age groups. Besides alot of adults are still Pokemon fans.

Well, not a lot of "adults" really. Sure, you'll get somebody in their late teens that'll join because they used to play it when they were a kid, but you don't see a 40 year old dude playing pokemon very often.
