| Ok so I was opening up a Pokemon TCG booster pack. I was seeing a buch of Swinub's Bronzor's, Vulpix's, etc. But then I got to the bottom of the pile. I saw this weird looking card called Dialga Palkia legend. It said you could only use it with "the other half" Is this card rare? Here is a picture of the other half that I do not have.  | |

| yes it is rare it is a legend card the rarest cards in the set apart fro mthe alph lithogrpah which is really rare | |
